Be U Counselling Service aims to provide you with a safe, therapeutic and non-judgemental environment where you can grow, develop and find your inner peace as a person either individually or as a couple. I provide long and short-term sessions in bereavement counselling in Bournemouth at my office in Parkstone, Dorset. I work using an integrative model drawing on skills from CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Gestalt and Person Centred modalities.
